At Tidewater Wellness, we are committed to helping you through every stage of life. Our goal is to support you in becoming your best and healthiest self. We understand that modern everyday stressors can be overwhelming, and we are here to provide the tools and techniques to manage those stressors effectively. We utilize evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to set a path for personal and professional success. We also offer psychopharmacological support when indicated. reas of expertise include depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention/concentration difficulties, sleeping difficulties, and loss and grief. We see patients of all ages, starting at 6 years old, and offer telehealth appointments for your convenience.

My approach towards helping clients is personalized, comprehensive, and holistic, which means I work with them to get their life on track according to their needs and goals.
